Martin Domingo

President

Martin owns and operates Solis Collective, fueled by years of experience delivering big-impact, high-value event strategy, audience engagement, and live production for extraordinary companies and brands.

Since 1995, he has assembled and led the teams that design and produce live events and creative content for a diverse list of marquee clients, including Adidas, Allergan, Applied Materials, Blackberry, Boston Scientific, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ford Motor Co, Home Depot, Intel, Lincoln Motor Co, Microsoft, Ogilvy, Oracle, Samsung, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Symantec, and Walt Disney Imagineering.

Martin runs projects from beginning to end, with consistent and equal focus on both universal vision and minute details. His passion for perfection means challenges and changes are always handled with class, precision, and a smile.

Michael Kort

Executive Creative Director

For more than twenty years, Michael has created content and experiences that cut through the clutter, inspire, spark joy, and generate cultural currency. He has worked across numerous industries, and for a variety of leading brands—among them, Google, JetBlue, Zoom, IBM, Intel, Oracle, Lowe’s, DocuSign, Ford Motor Company, Nissan, John Deere, Belvedere, PepsiCo, Starwood, Samsung, and oneworld.

José Salmerón

Creative Director

José has a long career spanning a couple of decades working as a creative leader for Ogilvy, Thomson Reuters, Frog Design, and more where he worked on world-class accounts including AT&T, BP, Cisco, Coca-Cola, DuPont, Five Guys, Glenmorangie, Hennessy, MetLife, National Institutes of Health, and USAID.

José’s focus is the design of brand strategy and identity, content marketing, advertising, and digital experiences. The aim of his work is to produce creative and effective messages that make people smile and act.

His work has won awards such as ADDY, Anvil, Effie, FWA, Hermes, PR News, SABRE, Shorty, Thoth, W3, and WPP Cream.

Judy Mendelson

Executive Producer

Corporate events are built on plans within plans. Judy’s planning acumen is matched by her ability to staff crews, build budgets, manage every milestone and deliverable, and roll with late-breaking changes, to see it all through. With 15 years in the business, Judy has produced events for clients around the globe, including Amazon, Microsoft, Xbox, Salesforce, Samsung, LG, Allergan, The Home Depot, BlackBerry, Oracle, and The Coca-Cola Company.

Evan Vetter

Director & Editor

Evan Vetter is a director/editor based in Los Angeles, CA. Evan’s passion is to elevate the story at the heart of every project. Whether he’s working with world renowned brands (LG, Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase) or creating award-winning short films and feature length documentaries, Evan’s passion for story craft drives every creative decision he makes.

Paul Stawski

Strategist & Scriptwriter

For more than three decades, Paul has worked with top executives and marketing teams as an Executive Scriptwriter/Coach, Marketer, and Strategist. He also ghost-writes thought leadership blog posts and articles across several industries, including technology, A.I., automotive, banking, healthcare, turnaround services, insurance, and energy.

Jonathan Moore

Digital Producer

A technologically-savvy and creative producer, Jonathan has a proven record in live, experiential, broadcast, and virtual environments. He has led multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-stakes live event projects for world-class brands including: Nokia, Google, Intel, Mazda, Microsoft, McAfee, Samsung, Walmart, Whataburger, Xbox, USA Today, and Mass Mutual.

Jonathan is an effective connection between media technology, the creative director, the technical director, and the scenic designer. He is a goal-driven changemaker and natural leader, an experienced drone pilot, photographer, and videographer.

Coreena Fletcher

Technical Producer

With over 20 years of experience in the live event industry, Coreena specializes in technical production for corporate sales meetings and conferences, large scale sporting events, music festivals, and most notably, events in non-traditional spaces. Having transformed parks into Olympic venues for corporate sponsors, hotel ballrooms, convention centers, and others into unimaginable spaces, Coreena’s ability to execute a client’s vision bringing spaces to life within schedule and budget; collaborate with clients, vendors, and production crews; and her positive attitude are the reason clients enjoy having her as part of the core team. Some notable events that she has worked on are the 2002 Winter Olympics, 2010 Winter Olympics, Super Bowl XLVIII, Super Bowl XLIX, Super Bowl XLVII, Google io, AWS re-Invent, Pebble Beach AT&T, and Concours d’Elegance.

David Patrick

Media Producer

David got hooked on live events more than 20 years ago and has never looked back. His years working in various roles, from technical direction in the theatre, to content management for some of the largest corporate events, to executive oversight of multi-day youth events, give him a unique perspective into how an event comes to life. No matter the scope or size of the event, there’s an energy to each on which DP (as his colleagues call him) thrives. He particularly enjoys leveraging new technologies to elevate the process and final presentation to the next level.

Sarah Domingo

Business Manager

As the co-owner of Solis Collective, Sarah is integral to all aspect of the business.  A testament to her business acumen is the fact that she not only kept Solis Collective afloat during the pandemic, but also profitable.  When not managing the operations for Solis, Sarah can be found in the kitchen honing her skills at cooking and baking.

Michael provides overall perspective to the mission of Solis Collective, he was even the inspiration for the company’s name. As its Chief Culture Officer, he encourages co-workers to do their absolute best and be mindful of their personal needs while on the job. He embodies Solis’ values of inclusion, diversity, integrity, and contribution to the community. You can always count on his support and positive outlook.
